"Have been joining Phoebe's online yoga class for more than a year, initially was a bit hesitant to join as I didn't feel like doing any workout after a long day at work, but after a few sessions, I felt that I am more relaxed and sleep better at night. Now I am looking forward to the yoga class every week. 

Prior to this, I do not have any experience in doing yoga, I am a total beginner. Phoebe is a very patient teacher, she instructed me through every single step and even sent me photos after class to point out my mistakes.
