Deep Relaxation Technique (DRT)
DRT is very important for our bodies to heal and rejuvenate after Yoga practice or vigorous workout. It is also a great way to deepen your mind and body connection. I always keep DRT as part of my routine for my Yoga classes. Never skip your DRT after your Yoga practice. You can prolong your DRT by staying in "the blue sky" longer or you can practice a shorter DRT if your Yoga practice is more on stretching or Yin Yoga.
