Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is a well-known and widely practiced form of yoga, perfect for those new to the practice. Originating in India, Hatha Yoga emphasizes both physical and mental discipline. The word "Hatha" comes from the Sanskrit words "Ha" (Sun) and "Tha" (Moon), symbolizing the balance between Yin and Yang, as well as the balance between the mind and body. This type of yoga incorporates Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation to foster the mind-body connection.

Sound Bath
A sound bath is a relaxing, meditative experience where soothing vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes help calm the mind and release tension. As you lie back and listen, the harmonious frequencies guide you into a peaceful state of rest, clarity, and inner balance.
Designed as a peaceful escape from the demands of daily life, a sound bath offers a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a deeper sense of harmony, this session provides a nurturing space for rest and renewal.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow and meditative form of yoga that emphasizes holding postures for extended periods of time. Unlike dynamic yoga styles, Yin yoga focuses on finding stillness and releasing physical tension. As a complementary practice to more active forms, it targets the connective tissues such as tendons, ligaments, and fascia, leading to improved flexibility and mobility. The slow pace and emphasis on stillness also allows practitioners to develop a deeper awareness of their body, emotions, and thoughts.

Kids Yoga
We teach kids mindfulness through playful Yoga exercises. They get to discover the amazing capabilities of their bodies and learn how to connect their mind and body while having fun. This engaging session will not only benefit their physical well-being, but also help them on their inward journey of self-discovery.
